Depending on the nature of the processing, the legal basis may be:

pre-contractual measures taken at the request of a person wishing to discuss a project or obtain a proposal;

performance of a contract where a professional appointment is entrusted to Studio TAMY;

compliance with a legal or professional obligation applicable to Studio TAMY;

Where Studio TAMY is appointed for a project, the necessary data is retained throughout the professional relationship and subsequently for the periods required to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting and professional obligations.

Technical data and security logs are retained for as long as necessary for their purpose and, where managed by a technical provider, in accordance with the obligations applicable to that provider.
