Cookie policy
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that may be stored on or read from a user’s device when visiting a website.
Depending on its purpose, it may be used to ensure the technical operation of a website, secure a session, remember a preference or, where such tools are installed, measure audience activity or carry out advertising activities.
Cookies currently used
In its current configuration, Studio TAMY has not intentionally installed any audience measurement or advertising tools using cookies, such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel.
The website may nevertheless use cookies or similar mechanisms that are strictly necessary for its operation, including to:
- ensure the security and technical operation of the website;
- manage a browsing session;
- remember certain necessary or user-requested preferences, particularly the website language;
- enable certain WordPress features and technical components to function correctly.
No technical cookie should be used to create an advertising profile of the user.
Strictly necessary cookies
Where a cookie is used exclusively for technical or security purposes, or is necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the user, its use does not require prior consent in the circumstances provided for by applicable law.
Cookies requiring consent
If Studio TAMY later introduces tools that are not strictly necessary, such as audience measurement services, advertising pixels, certain externally hosted video content or other tracking technologies, users will be informed and their consent will be requested where required by applicable law.
The relevant cookies will only be placed after the user has made their choice.
Where consent is required, acceptance or refusal must result from a genuine and explicit choice.
Cookie duration
Strictly necessary cookies are retained only for as long as justified by their purpose.
For cookies requiring consent, Studio TAMY will apply retention periods appropriate to their purpose and the applicable recommendations.
Managing cookies
Users may configure their browser to delete cookies already stored, block certain cookies or receive a notification when cookies are placed.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may, however, prevent certain website features from functioning correctly.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
This policy will be updated if new tools or services using cookies or other tracking technologies are added to the website.
